If you use the Audiuma application:

- recordings of calls handled by the service, their transcripts, and derived summaries and outcomes
- contact details you upload or create (names, phone numbers)
- a push notification token and basic device information, used only to deliver notifications (mobile app only)
We do not store unnecessary data.
Why We Collect Data

Call Recordings and Voice Data
If you use voice-based features:
We do not use them for advertising, tracking, or profiling.
All voice data is stored temporarily and removed within 30 days.
Email us and we will delete them immediately.
Who Can Access Your Data

- Audiuma S.R.L.
- trusted technical providers (hosting, telephony, AI processing, security)
They must protect your data and cannot use it for other purposes.
Data Storage Location
Data is stored on secure servers within the European Union.
International Transfers
Some processing necessarily takes place outside the European Union, including AI processing of call audio and transcripts and the delivery of mobile push notifications. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

You may at any time:

- request deletion
- request restriction of processing
- object to processing
- ask for a copy of your data
- withdraw consent

Account Deletion
Audiuma accounts are created and removed by us on request. To have your account and personal data deleted, write to contact@audiuma.com. In the mobile app you can start the request from Settings → Account → Delete account. We confirm once the deletion is complete.

- secure servers
- regular safety checks
Minors
We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
If data was collected accidentally, contact us to remove it.
